Meet Andrew
I’m Andrew Pulini, Brokerage Team Leader of KW Empower, the #1 real estate brokerage in Philadelphia and the #1 Keller Williams office in the country. I grew up right outside of the city in Montgomery County and went on to study Marketing and Real Estate at Temple University. Today, I live in the heart of Philadelphia with my wife Julie and our dog Rocky - proudly serving the city that shaped me.

When I first started in this role years ago - I ignited a passion to study the habits and strategies of top producing agents nationally while also analyzing the trends happening here locally in the local Philadelphia market. I believe all leaders in the real estate industry should be in the trenches themselves with their agents to understand what they're hearing day to day from their clients. This gives me an advantage to build tools, create strategies and design our training calendar around the market of the moment and what's actually moving the needle for agents in Philadelphia to grow their business.
