Bawi Sang is a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving the Greater Philadelphia area with a commitment rooted in service, discipline, and integrity. Born in Myanmar, Bawi came to the United States at 17 and proudly served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he developed a strong sense of duty, resilience, and leadership that continues to guide his work today.

After earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, Bawi built leadership experience as a manager at Amazon, thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. His background in engineering and operations allows him to approach real estate strategically combining data-driven decision-making with efficient execution to deliver strong results for his clients. After spending 14 years in Texas, he relocated to Pennsylvania with his family and now proudly calls Philadelphia home.
