C. Joseph Darrah is a REALTOR® with The Toll Group – TTG Real Estate at KW Empower. Joe began working with The Toll Group in 2011, supporting the sales team while learning the operational side of real estate under team founder Kevin Toll. He brought a finance background dating to 2003, including experience mentoring professionals at two major North American financial institutions.

Joe became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2013 and has worked full-time in real estate since 2015. His background shaped a detail-oriented, organized and educational approach. He is known for open communication, practical problem-solving and helping clients navigate decisions with confidence.

As a listing and buyer specialist, Joe has represented residential and commercial clients throughout Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks and New Castle Counties. His primary service areas include Philadelphia, Drexel Hill, Upper Darby, Delaware County, Montgomery County and New Castle County. He has also been recognized through KW’s Million Dollar Club.

A lifelong Philadelphia native, Joe attended Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School and graduated from La Salle University in 2003 with a degree in Communications.
