About Carmel Archdekin

With over 14 years of Real Estate sales experience, a degree in marketing, and a designation as Certified Negotiation Expert, Carmel has everything it takes to ensure a successful real estate experience. She sells in both Center City as well as the suburbs of Montgomery County and will soon have her NJ license to be able to sell at the beach! Her patience matched with her no-nonsense attitude, gets the job done. From real estate investing to new construction to multi-million dollar home sales, Carmel gives her very best to each client every time. She is a longtime resident of Philadelphia, originally from Abington, PA. She graduated from Philadelphia University in 2000 and attended Wharton Business School programs. She currently lives in Wyndmoor with her husband, Dale Archdekin, who is a Real Estate Coach, and their two children, Adrian and Evyn, and a recent addition, rescue dog Pepper.
