About Catherine Lavell

Originally hailing from South Jersey, Cat’s roots in the area run deep. Her passion for music and education led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance at The University of the Arts, nestled on the iconic South Broad Street. Unfazed by challenges, Cat continued her academics at the same institution, culminating in the achievement of a Master's in Music Education. Cat’s career has been a symphony of diverse experiences. Her initial chapters were marked by her roles as an educator in the Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, NJ, School Districts, where she orchestrated a harmonious learning environment for her students. A subsequent pivot to the world of B2B sales showcased her adaptability and tenacity, as she navigated the corporate landscape. Now a full-time real estate agent, she loves showing her clients her favorite spots throughout the city and helping them navigate the challenging real estate market. When Cat’s not out working with her clients, she is spending time with her dog and two cats. Her favorite thing to do is anything social, she loves being around people and enjoying her community.
