About Christina Briglia

Christina Briglia always puts her clients first. From the initial meeting to the close of escrow and even post-sale, she never stops thinking about how to make the real estate experience as seamless, successful, and enjoyable as possible. She is licensed with KW Empower to service both the PA and DE regions. Born and raised in South Philadelphia and currently living in Delaware County, she specializes in helping those who want to transition from one area to the next as they enter a new chapter of their lives.

Before becoming an accomplished agent, Christina worked in property management for several years, which set the stage for a natural transition to real estate. Sellers can expect a comprehensive approach. Already well-versed in property maintenance and value-added repairs, Christina expertly guides sellers on how to perform updates cost-effectively and avoid common mistakes that could reduce profit. When it’s time to seal the deal, her solid negotiation skills ensure her clients’ interests are top priority.

Having earned degrees in both Psychology and Sociology, Christina possesses keen adaptability and sensitivity – qualities that enable her to effectively navigate challenging or emotionally charged situations and cater to everyone’s unique circumstances. She understands the importance of being responsive and accommodating to each client, fostering a positive and personalized experience in the process. Christina is also known as a great listener who communicates well and often, and she’s happy to lend support, recommendations, and everything in between long after a sale is complete.

When she’s not busy with real estate, Christina enjoys supporting local businesses, and she previously served on the board of DaVinci Art Alliance, a nonprofit art gallery in Philadelphia’s Bella Vista neighborhood. A self-professed animal lover, she donates frequently to the PSPCA and cares for two pets of her own. As an avid foodie, she also loves to explore the city’s ever-growing restaurant scene.
