About Daniel Evenchen

Daniel graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he studied International Marketing and Business Administration. Early in his real estate career, Daniel worked in his family’s business, focusing on building restoration and home resale throughout Europe and the United States. He has worked in the real estate industry for over fifteen years and in real estate sales for over five years. For Dan, helping his clients achieve their real estate goals is the most gratifying aspect of his work. For over a decade, he has been honing his skills as an investor and property manager, gaining expertise in buying and selling Philadelphia homes. His skills and knowledge allow him to assist buyers, sellers, investors, and developers with all of their real estate needs, and he is equipped to guide transactions smoothly and seamlessly from beginning to end. Daniel adores Philadelphia, especially its walkability, affordability, and all of the growth opportunities that it offers. He is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and loves to travel with his family.
