Meet Ella

Ella joined KW Empower in 2023 shortly after graduating from Duquesne University, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and administrative support. She began her journey with the brokerage as the Director of First Impressions, creating a welcoming environment for agents, staff, and vendors, while providing day-to-day assistance across the office. Now serving as the Operations Assistant, Ella works alongside the Director of Operations to support all KW Empower offices and manage a wide range of tasks within the operations department.

A recent East Passyunk resident, Ella enjoys discovering new restaurants around the city, spending time with her close-knit group of friends, and unwinding with a good reality TV binge in her downtime.
