Ian Perler, Mr. Philly Real Estate, has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, and the Long Island Board of Realtors. Ian earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Central Connecticut State University. He spent a large amount of his youth in Connecticut and New York. After establishing himself as a top real estate agent in New York City, Ian relocated to Philadelphia to be closer to his family.
