About Jim Keenan

As the MCA and CFO of KW Empower, James Keenan leads the entire finance department, with a commitment to excellence and operational efficiency. He oversees all financial functions within all offices, including commissions, escrow, compliance, AR/AP, etc. With a strong eye for detail and systems thinking, James implements and maintains effective processes that drive productivity and ensure accuracy across all departments.

James plays a critical role in the success and growth of KW Empower by streamlining operations, supporting agents and leadership, and fostering a culture of financial transparency and accountability.

Outside of the office, James enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters, cheering them on at their various sporting events. He’s also often seen out and about with his energetic puppy, Stella.
