About Kate Gledhill

Kate Gledhill is the Director of Operations and Marketing and Managing Partner for the TCS Group Team at Keller Williams Empower. She holds a BA from Temple University. She joined TCS Group in 2014 as the Office Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations and Marketing in 2017, and earned her Partnership in 2018. Kate has steadily helped grow the company in sales from 57 million in 2014 to 145 million in 2018. She conducts and supervises the day-to-day logistics and functions of the company along with the Leadership Team to support the TCS Group Team with their projects and in their business. Kate also oversees the design and implementation of the company branding, advertising, and agent marketing. She has always taken a deep interest in the well-being of everyone on her Team and invests a lot of time and energy into her relationships. She strongly believes that the people we work with are the reason for our success as a Team and as individuals. Kate has always believed in leading by example and never being above any task that needs handling. Kate has been involved with the startup and development of many of the TCS family of companies, including TCS Management, Rent Philly, and Black Label. She was integral in establishing the administrative and operational structures as well as molding the individual brands, and she still currently assists in the day-to-day maintenance and management.
