About Lia Martin

Lia Martin is the Director of Operations and Co-Team Leader of the Pure Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Empower, a dynamic and purpose-driven real estate team she co-leads alongside Director of Sales, Connor Tuck. With a passion for building strong, sustainable careers in real estate, Lia focuses on helping agents transform their sales into long-term, stable businesses they can truly retire from.

Pure Real Estate Team was founded in March 2025 with a mission to elevate the real estate experience for both clients and professionals. In her role, Lia ensures the team's systems, processes, and service standards drive growth while maintaining operational excellence.

Before launching Pure, Lia served as Director of Operations for several top-producing real estate teams in Philadelphia. During this time, she played a pivotal role in growing team size, streamlining backend systems, building out administrative departments, and supporting sales agents in scaling their businesses. On one team, her leadership helped grow the agent count to over 30 while expanding operational capacity to support high-volume production.

Lia also serves the broader Keller Williams Empower community through multiple volunteer leadership roles. As the Operations Ambassador, she teaches classes for both agents and administrative professionals on building scalable, efficient businesses. In her role as Chair of the Inclusion and Belonging Committee, Lia leads initiatives that promote equity, cultural education, and inclusive practices throughout the brokerage.

She holds an Associate Degree in Adolescent Education: English from Dutchess Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Stony Brook University. Though she had no prior experience in real estate when she entered the industry, Lia’s educational foundation, leadership, and systems-focused mindset allowed her to make an immediate and lasting impact.

From managing operations to creating inclusive spaces for agents of all backgrounds, every role Lia takes on is driven by a single mission: to uplift her brokerage and ensure agents are empowered to thrive.
