I WANT THE BUSINESS OF REAL ESTATE TO CHANGE. Starting with me. It seems the world has forgotten that we are fiduciaries, sworn to put our clients' needs ahead of our own. So, just one of the things that I do very differently is: I vow to be present for EVERY SHOWING, actually actively selling my clients' homes - even if that means I have less time to woo new clients, and can take on fewer clients. Studies show that homes sold this way sell faster and for more money. So that's just what we should do. A little more about my background: Former engineer, former Army Officer (and Gulf War veteran), and currently an active member of the Philadelphia theatre community - I come from a diverse background. I combine that life experience with my real estate knowledge to make your experience go as smoothly as possible.
