In April and December 2021, he was recognized as one of the top five individual agents at KW Philly. By year-end in 2021, he ranked in the Top 10 in the Greater PA region, out of more than 10,000 agents. Martin also specializes in relocating his clients to any part of the United States and the world, using the latest technology and systems for a seamless transaction.

Prior to his real estate career, Martin graduated from Stockton University and attained two graduate degrees in management from Rutgers University. His management background comes in many forms, including leadership, crisis management, data analysis, and strong negotiation skills. All of these attributes have equipped Martin with key traits for helping his clients throughout the home buying and selling process. In the past 5 years, Martin has negotiated $942,486 in price reductions for his buyers.
