About Megan Toll

Megan is known for a patient, educational approach to real estate. Before entering the industry, she worked in education, athletics and coaching, experience that continues to shape how she communicates with clients, explains the process and helps people make confident decisions.

She works with sellers, buyers, relocating families, first-time homebuyers, investors and new-construction clients throughout Chester County, Greater Philadelphia and Northern Delaware. Megan is especially focused on West Chester and surrounding Chester County communities, where she helps clients understand local market conditions, prepare homes for sale, evaluate neighborhoods and navigate each step of the transaction.

As part of The Toll Group – TTG Real Estate, Megan works alongside a team experienced in traditional home sales, estate and inherited properties, as-is and distressed homes, investment properties, relocation and new construction.

Her goal is to provide clear communication, practical guidance and strong representation from the first conversation through settlement.
