Melanie Gerchberg is a passionate Philadelphia-based real estate professional who specializes in working with sellers, first-time buyers, seasoned buyers, and investors. Known for her warm, people-first approach, she’s even earned the nickname “real estate therapist” from grateful clients. Her journey into real estate began after the birth of her son in 2019. Inspired by the meaningful relationships her husband and business partner, Eric, built through his work, Melanie left a successful career in nonprofit fundraising to join the Gerchberg Real Estate Team—bringing with her a passion for helping others and a strong foundation in service. A lifelong Philadelphian, Melanie offers deep insight into the city’s neighborhoods, amenities, and hidden gems. Her personal connection to the community—through both her professional work and involvement in local causes—gives her a clear understanding of what buyers are looking for in a home and what sellers need to succeed. Melanie holds a BA in Philosophy from Binghamton University and has lived abroad in Israel and China, experiences that continue to shape her global perspective and open-minded approach.
