Mon Kramer (they/them) is a real estate broker and Fair Housing advocate in Philadelphia, where they've built a career focused on creating inclusive, affirming spaces for clients of all genders, sexualities, and family structures. Since founding Move with Pride in 2022, Mon has helped clients buy and sell homes with confidence and security. As president of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance’s Eastern PA chapter, Mon champions equitable practices in real estate through education, advocacy, and community empowerment. Recognized as a top producer by Philadelphia Magazine, they also earned KW Philadelphia’s #1 Individual Agent award for Closed Volume and Units in both 2022 and 2023 and are a Top 100 Individual Agent in the Keller Williams Greater PA Region.
