Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Nick is a 2003 graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School and attended Penn State University in State College PA therafter. He bought his first home in Port Richmond at just 21 years old and quickly caught the real estate bug — flipping homes in Fishtown and Port Richmond in Philadelphia before relocating to Holland in Bucks County in 2021.

 

Now a licensed REALTOR® in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Nick is known for his high standards, strategic approach, and relentless focus on delivering elite-level service for every client, regardless of price point. Outside of real estate, Nick’s all about family, golf, Philly and Penn State sports, great comedy, live music, and good food. He lives in Holland, PA with his wife Autumn and their three children: Chase (11), Reagan (2.5), and Zac (5
months).
