Oliver S. Millwood II is an experienced Associate Broker and the team leader of The Millwood Team at KW Empower. With over 25 years in the real estate industry, Oliver has built a thriving business grounded in referrals and relationships, with more than 90% of the team’s business coming from repeat clients and word-of-mouth. Oliver began his real estate journey at twenty years old when he purchased his first investment property in Philadelphia. Fueled by his passion for serving others, he went on to obtain his Pennsylvania Real Estate License in 2004, followed by his Delaware license in 2006, his Delaware Broker’s license in 2013, and his Maryland license in 2023.
