As the Director of First Impressions at KW Empower, Renemie (known as Ren) creates a welcoming, supportive, and light-hearted environment for agents, staff, clients, and guests alike. With a background in hospitality and experience in multiple roles within the company, Ren has developed a strong understanding of the systems and processes that help our office run smoothly. Her natural inclination to help others shines through in every interaction, making her an essential part of the KW Empower experience.

Ren lives by the belief that no task is too daunting, no job too big or small, no question too silly, and no one is a stranger.

A proud working mom born on an island and raised in the city, Ren balances her career with a deep love for family life. In her free time, she enjoys creating memories with her daughter, taking walks, trying new foods, and soaking up the sun with a good cup of coffee.
