Over the past 20 years Steven has enjoyed a remarkably successful career in the real estate industry. He is recognized by his peers as an expert in both analyzing and valuing residential, commercial, industrial as well special purpose properties. Steven holds real estate salesperson licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as a general real estate appraiser certification in Pennsylvania. As a result of his deep rooted understanding of the business, Steven applied his knowledge to aid him in becoming a seasoned real estate property investor. This knowledge and exposure to all facets of his business have enabled Steven to apply his passion for the industry to benefit his clients, buyers and sellers alike.
