About Tara Pavlovski

Tara joined Keller Williams in August 2021, initially serving on the Growth Team before moving into her current role as Director of Agent Services in March 2022. In this position, she oversees the onboarding and licensing process for new agents, ensuring all licensees are fully compliant with regulatory requirements. With strong multitasking capabilities and keen attention to detail, Tara helps maintain seamless workflows and consistent operations within the Agent Services Department. 

Tara grew up on a Christmas tree farm in South Jersey and relocated to Philadelphia in 2020, where she currently resides in Queen Village. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys watching reality TV, discovering new restaurants throughout the city, and spending time with friends. She frequently visits Charleston and Beaufort, South Carolina to spend time with her parents, sister, and her beloved dogs.
