Before launching her solo career, Tilni spent five years in new construction sales, where she developed a deep understanding of homebuilding, blueprints, finishes, and the design process. She uses that expertise today to guide buyers, sellers, and investors—especially first-time homeowners—through each step with confidence and clarity.
