About Tilni Patel

I’m a Delaware REALTOR® with Keller Williams Empower, helping clients buy, sell, invest, build, and relocate throughout New Castle County and the surrounding areas.

After working in corporate marketing, my career took a different direction in 2016 when my husband and I built our first home. I wanted to understand every detail of the construction process, and our sales representative noticed how interested I was. She connected me with a local Delaware builder who was hiring, and that opportunity turned into nearly five years in new-construction sales.

After having my first daughter, I needed more flexibility for my family. I earned my real estate license and stepped out on my own in 2019. Since then, I’ve helped clients purchase their first homes, sell, invest, relocate to Delaware, and navigate new construction.

I’m honest with my clients, even when the answer isn’t what they want to hear. I explain the process, protect their interests, and make sure they understand what they’re signing and why. I don’t believe in pressuring people into decisions. My job is to give my clients the information and guidance they need to make the right decision for themselves.

I also understand that moving is about more than buying a house. You may be starting over with new schools, neighbors, routines, and an entirely new community. I genuinely enjoy helping people find their place and make those connections.

As a mom, I have a soft spot for single parents and understand the importance of creating stability for a family. I want every client I work with to feel informed, respected, and supported, no matter what their circumstances may be.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mother of two girls, marathon runner, HYROX athlete, and fitness enthusiast.

Most of my business has been built through referrals. Many of my past clients have become friends and feel more like family. That’s the kind of business I’m proud to continue building.
