As Director of Operations, Tori leads the operations and agent services departments within each of our offices. She oversees internal partnerships, ensuring the market centers run smoothly and efficiently. Her role spans across hiring, training, and system implementation for leadership staff, while also coordinating educational programming, retention initiatives, and special events to elevate the agent experience.

Tori brings a well-rounded background in real estate, human resources, home staging, and interior design—making her a strong communicator and connector between agents, clients, and industry partners. Known for her go-getter mindset and anything-is-possible approach, Tori thrives on creating a supportive, high-energy environment.

A proud Fishtown resident, she’s obsessed with all things history, passionate about travel, and fully embraces her self-proclaimed title as a donut connoisseur. When she’s not hanging out with her dog Lola, or planning the next event, you can catch her unapologetically immersed in a ‘Real Housewives’ marathon.
