About Bill Kelly

As the Productivity Coach, Bill supports new and growing agents through proven systems, hands-on accountability, and real-world skill development. He leads one of the most productive coaching programs in the company, helping agents take purposeful action, hit their goals, and build sustainable businesses from day one.

In real estate since 2014, Bill brings a background in sales, leadership, and training. His no-fluff, high-impact coaching style is grounded in a simple belief: you only control what you think and do. His approach centers around mindset, habits, and execution. Whether in a 1-on-1, a group session, or a main stage event, Bill challenges agents to step outside their comfort zones and into conversations that convert.

Bill was named Productivity Coach of the Year in 2023 and serves as the Community PC Leader for the KW Pennsylvania Region, where he shares his passion for supporting and developing fellow productivity coaches across the state.

A South Philadelphia native, Bill is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan, fantasy football buff, and lifelong sneakerhead. He loves spending time with his wife, and making the most of a good weekend down the Jersey Shore.
